Job Description
David’s Bridal is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to provide a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience to customers. The CSR will interact with customers, maintain a friendly and professional approach, and support the welcome desk, cash wrap, and daily routines.

Requirements

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows and provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time
