We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service experience to customers, maintain a friendly and positive approach, and support the welcome desk, cash wrap, systems/processes, inventory management, and daily routines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Ability to adapt to customers' needs, problem-solving, excellent phone skills, and resolving conflict
