Job Description
David's Bridal is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service experience, maintain store standards, and support inventory management procedures. The CSR will interact with customers, manage customer flow, and contribute to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be passionate, customer-obsessed, and enthusiastic.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree or 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a Five-Star Customer Service Experience
