Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience to all customers. They will interact with customers, maintain a friendly and professional approach, and ensure the store is running smoothly.

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience

  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence
