What You Will Do
Manage incoming calls from customers, schedule and manage customer estimates, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided, manage customer and technician schedules, renew and manage maintenance agreements, build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.

Requirements
- 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Experience with MS Office products
- Experience with Service Titan
