Part-time Dinner Server Assistant/Food Runner

The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest in a fast-paced environment. This role requires good communication skills, physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight, and the ability to work outdoors and in the sun. The Server Assistant must have previous related serving experience, knowledge in food, wine, and spirits, and refined verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Server Assistant include assisting the Food Server, lifting moderate amounts of weight, pushing and pulling heavy objects, standing for long periods of time, and walking long distances. The Server Assistant must also be able to stand for the entire shift and work outdoors in the sun.

• Full time availability required with no restrictions for Spring Break and the Summer Season through Labor Day
• Food Service Experience preferred
• California Food Handlers Certification required
• California RBS Certification required
