Role OverviewDohrn Transfer is seeking a Part-Time Dock Supervisor to oversee the dock, provide paperwork, and ensure loads are being loaded correctly. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9a-2p, and be responsible for training, supervision, and feedback for hourly Operations team members.
What You Will Do
Provide training, supervision, feedback, and discipline for hourly Operations team members, manage the daily performance of the City Pickup and Delivery Operation, ensure on-time delivery service, monitor dock performance and efficiency, solve problems regarding lost and missing freight, and communicate with other departments.

Requirements
- A minimum age of 18
- High School completion or equivalent
- Valid Driver License
- Supervisory experience required

- Must have the knowledge and ability to perform all Operations jobs in the Terminal

- Detail-oriented, organized
- Must meet all physical requirements
- Must have certification in forklift safety and hazardous material handling
