As a Dockworker, you will be responsible for conveying freight to and from trailers and storage areas by hand or with the assistance of forklifts and hand trucks.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading freight according to DOT requirements, sorting and securing items on trucks or on the dock to prevent damage, and lifting various types of materials. You will also be required to stand, walk, push, pull, twist, carry, bend, reach, and lift both above and below waist level.

Requirements
- A minimum age of 18
- High School completion or equivalent
- Must pass a NON-Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and functional screen
- Must consent to a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have the ability to read and write the English language and perform simple mathematical calculations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and 100+ lbs. on an infrequent basis
- Must consent to a ten-year check on work history
