Job Description
The Donation Services Associate I is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling donations, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. This part-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of retail experience, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The physical demands of the job include lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and standing for long periods.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of retail experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to make decisions by following Goodwill standards and guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers
