Job Description
The Associate I, Donation Services is the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at retail centers and/or stand-alone donation centers. The Donation Services Associates will provide excellent and friendly customer service, handle goods with care, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, unloading donations, sorting items, inspecting donations, and maintaining remote donation centers.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • One year of retail experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to use safety equipment
  • Ability to obtain Powered Equipment Operator certification
  • Ability to operate hydraulic baler and forklift
