Role OverviewAbound Health has an urgent need for a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual in the New Wilmington area. This client requires high-level personal care, full assistance with mobility transfers, and consistent supervision.
What You Will Do
As a DSP, you will provide essential, hands-on health and daily living support to ensure the client's safety, comfort, and independence. This includes mobility support, personal care, medical & dietary care, communication support, behavioral support, and documentation.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Physical capability to lift and perform full-assist transfers (required)
- Comfort providing high-level personal care and managing tube-feeding/medical routines (comprehensive training is provided)
- Ability to pass criminal background, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
