This client requires high-level personal care, full assistance with mobility transfers, and consistent supervision. This role is ideal for healthcare caregivers with strong physical lifting capabilities and experience supporting individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs.
What You Will Do
As a DSP, you will provide essential, hands-on health and daily living support to ensure the client's safety, comfort, and independence. This includes mobility support, personal care, medical & dietary care, communication support, behavioral support, and documentation.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Physical capability to lift and perform full-assist transfers (required)
- Comfort providing high-level personal care and managing tube-feeding/medical routines (comprehensive training is provided)
- Ability to pass criminal background, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
