Role OverviewEMCOR Government Services is seeking a part-time engineer to work on Saturdays and Sundays, 9pm-5am, at the ICCB in Bethesda, MD. The engineer will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment during their watch.
What You Will Do
The engineer will operate and maintain systems that provide services such as heat, air-conditioning, refrigeration, steam, or high-temperature water or electricity. They will observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts, adjusting controls to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a 1st Class Engineers License, Top Secret/SCI Clearance, and experience in safely securing hydronic and electrical systems for maintenance. They should also have basic carpentry skills and be skilled in the repair of electronic control equipment.
