Role OverviewPart-time facilities maintenance technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications in a commercial building. The role involves responding to facility service work orders, using standard tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of duties, including repetitive tasks of short duration, according to a set procedure. Respond to facility service work orders, complete required paperwork, and take readings from nominal equipment.

Requirements

- Ability to perform a variety of duties

- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
- Good math, verbal, written skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skill knowledge
