Role OverviewAs a Delivery Associate, you will load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner. You will review orders before delivery to ensure they are complete and accurate. You will provide excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

Your typical day will involve loading and unloading items into a vehicle in a safe and appropriate manner, adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules, and working with the dispatching team to resolve problems.
