Role OverviewJoin the Guitar Center team as a Sr. Sales Associate and help customers find the perfect gear to bring their sound to life. Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
What You Will Do
Create a welcoming environment for customers, achieve sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and build customer relationships. You will also be responsible for merchandising and store maintenance, and supporting your team through customer interactions and operational tasks.
