Role OverviewThe Grounds Maintenance Team Member helps keep the outdoor areas of Stew Leonard's clean, safe, welcoming, and looking their best throughout the season.
What You Will Do
Maintain landscaped areas, perform general lawn and landscape care, safely operate landscaping equipment, and keep exterior areas clean and inviting.

Requirements
- Previous landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience required.
- Knowledge of basic lawn and plant care, including appropriate plant types, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
- Comfortable safely operating lawn and landscaping equipment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Dependable, honest, and flexible.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also working well as part of a team.
- Friendly and courteous when interacting with customers and fellow Team Members.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
