Role OverviewThe Groundskeeper/Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. This role is part of a team that values cooperation and common purpose, and is committed to making a difference in the community.
What You Will Do
Daily responsibilities include walking the property, removing litter, checking and replacing exterior lighting, cleaning the pool area, and performing minor and routine service requests.
