The Part Time Groundskeeper maintains the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on exterior property, pool and deck areas, interior plants, and marina upkeep.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in groundskeeping or janitorial
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in outdoor climate and weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and/or move and/or carry up to 30 pounds
