Role OverviewAs a Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining store inventory, and continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work. You will embody the world of creativity and music by encouraging staff to find their own individual sound and make a difference in the world by enabling musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music.
What You Will Do
Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience, service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintain store-owned gear, complete warranty repair work, and perform additional duties as assigned.
