Role OverviewGun Customer Service associates create a welcoming environment, process transactions, and provide friendly service to ensure customers leave with a positive impression of Scheels. This role requires associates to be at least 21 years old due to compliance requirements for processing firearms.
What You Will Do
Greet customers, accurately process transactions, and follow ATF federal laws and guidelines. Assist with returns and exchanges, complete firearm background checks, and maintain the Gun Room.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of cashiering experience
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
