The Hotel Host creates an experience for hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment.

Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience
  • Ability to communicate well with guests
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
