Job Description
Hotel Hosts create a welcoming experience for hotel guests by offering exceptional service and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. They are responsible for the complete guest experience, including guest check in and out and servicing of meeting rooms.

Requirements

  • Previous guest service experience
  • Ability to communicate well with guests
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
