Part-Time Housekeeper

Planned Companies is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Janitor/Custodian to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services in a residential and commercial property. The successful candidate will ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in.

What You Will Do

Primary job responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, dusting and polishing surfaces, scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, emptying trash cans, and requesting cleaning supply orders.

Requirements

• Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
