Role OverviewJoin our team as a part-time HVAC Controls Technician to work on the Maintenance Team, ensuring the proper function of the complex building automation system. You will execute Work Orders, preventive Maintenance tasks, and jobsite coordination with technicians and sub-contractors.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair routine electronic control system malfunctions, manage assigned work, and report problems or changes to management immediately.

This role requires a proven electro-mechanical aptitude, user PC/software skill, and familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Schneider Electric Controls or equivalent platforms.
Requirements
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Associate degree preferred
- Proven electro-mechanical aptitude
- User PC/software skill
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Schneider Electric Controls or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of control programming and graphics for control systems
- Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, and temperature controls
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Benefits
- Hourly wage: $44.88-$46.22 (Depending on shift)
