Requirements

• Answer and process in-room dining orders via phone
• Provide menu recommendations and accommodate guest dietary requests
• Communicate and coordinate with in-room dining servers
• Process payment transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings and promotions
• Address guest inquiries and concerns
• Ensure all in-room dining procedures align with Hyatt's service standards
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of amenities and special requests
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the in-room dining office area
