Job Description
Part time Information Systems Analyst is required to support Microsoft end user technologies, including Windows, Office applications, and provide hands on support to staff in office. The role requires excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, interpersonal, communication and customer care skills, and experience with infrastructure technology and ITSM platform (ServiceNow).

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in customer facing IT support role
  • Experience troubleshooting basic conference audio/video issues, updating software, etc
  • Ability to provide hands on support to staff in office and be personable
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft end user technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills
  • PowerShell experience
  • Experience with infrastructure technology (servers, networking equipment)
  • Experience with an ITSM platform (specifically ServiceNow)
  • ITIL certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
