Job Description
This part-time janitor/custodian position at a retail store in Grand Junction, CO maintains a clean and safe environment by performing routine custodial duties, floor care, and restroom cleaning. The role requires evenings and weekends availability and may involve moving heavy furniture and shoveling snow/ice. The Retail Janitor will work with a team to ensure Goodwill standards are met or exceeded. This position is eligible for paid holidays, sick leave, and a retirement plan, with a starting pay of $16.45 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year of previous custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend cleaning solution directions
  • Ability to adhere to all safety protocols for Goodwill and OSHA
  • Able to stay on track and completes duties in a timely manner
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
