Role OverviewPlanate Management Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capture Manager to support capture initiatives across Japan. The successful candidate will assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, preparing capture materials, and coordinating with regional teams.
What You Will Do
The Capture Manager will lead all capture functions, develop and maintain capture plans, gather and analyze customer and market intelligence, and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
- MBA or PMP certification preferred but not required
- Minimum of five years of project management and/or business capture experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing, organizing, and executing capture activities
- Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to establish strategic partnerships and support business growth
- Strong executive presence and a proactive mindset
- Prior U.S. military retiree or current U.S. military dependent required
- Japanese language proficiency preferred
