Part-time Japan Capture Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capture Manager to support capture initiatives across Japan. The successful candidate will assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, preparing capture materials, and coordinating with regional teams.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading all capture functions, developing and maintaining capture plans, forming and leading cross-functional capture teams, and gathering and analyzing customer, market, and competitive intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of project management and/or business capture experience, demonstrated leadership experience in developing, organizing, and executing capture activities, and familiarity with U.S. Government contracting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
• MBA or PMP certification preferred but not required
• Minimum of five years of project management and/or business capture experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing, organizing, and executing capture activities
• Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to establish strategic partnerships and support business growth and margin expansion
• Strong executive presence with a proactive, self-starter mindset and the ability to take initiative
• Positive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Prior U.S. military retiree or current U.S. military dependent required
• Japanese language proficiency preferred
