Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Capture Manager to support capture initiatives across Japan. The role involves leading all capture functions, developing and maintaining capture plans, and coordinating with regional teams.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading capture efforts, developing and maintaining capture plans, gathering and analyzing customer and market intelligence, and building relationships with customers and industry partners.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of project management and/or business capture experience, demonstrated leadership experience in developing and executing capture activities, and familiarity with U.S. Government contracting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- MBA or PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Minimum of five years of project management and/or business capture experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing, organizing, and executing capture activities
- Familiarity with U.S. Government (USG) contracting required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to establish strategic partnerships and support business growth and margin expansion.
- Strong executive presence with a proactive, self-starter mindset and the ability to take initiative.
- Positive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Prior U.S. military retiree or current U.S. military dependent required.
- Japanese language proficiency preferred.
