What You Will Do
Provide employment-related preparatory training, assist with job search, application submission, interviewing, and assistive technology assessment and procurement. Negotiate with employers to obtain reasonable accommodations for job seekers and ensure job retention.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience working within the human services field or with individuals with disabilities
- Experience as a job coach or job developer preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2 or more years of experience in working with funding agencies DDD, DVRS, or CBVI preferred
- Ability to attend specialized employment training and maintain professional development hours
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Expertise in MS Office applications, internet search, and data entry
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with clients in-person and remotely
- Able to travel (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required)
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred
