Role OverviewThis part-time laborer position performs general labor to help maintain city athletic fields, park grounds, and school grounds. The role averages 29 hours per week and requires working some evening, weekend, and holiday hours, including on-call snowplow/weather event duties as needed.
What You Will Do
Examples of duties include maintaining public open space areas, emptying trash cans, assisting in maintaining park managed facilities, and performing miscellaneous gardening duties.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions
- Requires an active Driver's License and the ability to be insured to drive a city vehicle
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of people
