Role OverviewThis is a part-time position that may work up to 30 hours per week. Performs a variety of tasks such as operating power tools, equipment, and manual labor for the Department of Public Services.
What You Will Do
Performs ice and snow control activities, keeps streets and walkways clear of debris, performs tree pruning and removal, lawn and landscape maintenance, and participates in the clean up of work projects.

Requires ability to understand and follow instructions, ability to lift and carry heavy loads, and ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or G.E.D.
- Legally employable in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid State of Michigan Drivers License
- Ability to pass written examination, physical agility and skills test, physical with drug screen and fingerprint/criminal history/driving record check
