Role Overview

The Lead Turndown Attendant plays a key leadership role within the Housekeeping team, ensuring the evening presentation of guest rooms reflects the warmth, serenity, and excellence that define the Ventana experience.

What You Will Do

Lead the evening turndown team, clean and maintain public areas, inspect rooms and common areas, support and train team members, and maintain clear communication with the Housekeeping leadership team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required, leadership experience preferred, strong attention to detail and consistency, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
