Role OverviewThe Lead Turndown Attendant plays a key leadership role within the Housekeeping team, ensuring the evening presentation of guest rooms reflects the warmth, serenity, and excellence that define the Ventana experience.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading the evening turndown team, cleaning and maintaining public areas, inspecting rooms and common areas, supporting and coaching team members, and maintaining clear communication with the Housekeeping leadership team.
