Role OverviewJoin our growing team as a part-time Leasing Agent in Kenosha, WI. This role involves promoting leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for greeting prospects, showing units, and closing deals, as well as maintaining the grounds and office.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting and qualifying prospective residents, showing units, recording traffic and leasing activity, and maintaining the hospitality center. You will also prepare move-in packages, lease paperwork, and renewal paperwork.
