The role involves creating a positive experience for residents and prospects, showing model apartment homes, and fostering relationships with residents/prospects. The Leasing Specialist will work on-site, reporting from one of The Collier Companies' community offices in Tampa.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional customer service, lease apartment homes, create relationships with residents/prospects, generate leads, create and implement promotional programs, and contribute to desired occupancy levels. The role requires weekends and some evenings.
