What You Will Do
Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and follow state and Federal rules and regulations.

Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state
- Ability to assess resident needs
- Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
- Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
- Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility
