Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents by ensuring our property is safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You'll work closely with our property management team and gain hands-on experience in a variety of trades.
What You Will Do
Prepare apartments for new residents, complete work orders efficiently, keep exterior areas clean, conduct routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair various systems, and maintain accurate records of work and materials used.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of related experience (preferred but not required)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Your own set of tools
- Certifications such as HVAC, CFC, or CPO (preferred but not required)
