Role OverviewPoint Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to add to our team. This part-time position will be based at one of our multifamily properties in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience and exceptional knowledge working with electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC.
What You Will Do
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with overall maintenance of the physical property, complete service requests within 24 hours, and perform various maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, electrical and plumbing work, and carpentry.

Requirements

- Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Ability to perform work responsibilities at other locations in the area, as needed.
