Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Castle Park (74 homes) located in Castle Rock, CO. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
What You Will Do
Complete assigned work orders, perform general park and facilities maintenance, promote positive resident relations, and assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.

Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment, and have experience and knowledge of irrigation, water and sewer line repairs.
Requirements
- 1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician at a manufactured or multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
- Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to respond to after hour emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation
- Experience and knowledge of irrigation, water and sewer line repairs
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
