Requirements

  • Current LA license
  • Ability to prescribe methadone & buprenorphine
  • Board eligible or certified in addiction medicine
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Addiction Medicine/MAT & 1-year of family practice required
  • Satisfactory drug screen and background check
