Job Description
Mariners Church is seeking a Part-Time Ministry Coordinator to provide operational support for discipleship, guest-experience, and outreach ministries. The coordinator will manage logistics, communication, and follow-up tasks, and will primarily serve on-site at Union Rescue Mission on Sundays. The position will also involve working out of the Irvine office, collaborating with the team, and preparing for upcoming services and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in ministry coordination, volunteer management, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Rock (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Customer-service orientation and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Basic biblical literacy and alignment with Mariners Church’s mission and values
