Role OverviewThe Part-Time Music Teacher will develop and implement lesson plans, present subject matter, and establish efficient classroom management procedures. The teacher will work with students of grades K-5, teaching music within the course of study for the subject area at the grade level as prescribed in state law or adopted by the school district.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Part-Time Music Teacher include preparing lessons, presenting subject matter, and continually evaluating and recording students' progress. The teacher will also provide a variety of planned learning experiences, identify pupil needs, and cooperate with other professional staff members.
