Job Description
The Part-Time Enrollment Center Office Assistant will assist with general clerical assignments, answer phone calls, and provide information to customers. They will also assist with special projects, mailings, and filing.
Requirements
Answer phone calls and monitor voicemails
Make Academic Advisor appointments
Conduct general clerical assignments
Provide information to customers
Assist with special projects and mailings
File documents
Enter students into queuing systems
Verify completeness of forms and accompanying materials
Compile information packets and distribute as requested
Greet visitors and students
Clarify and answer general questions
Make appointments for academic advisors
Assist students with starting the FAFSA
Distribute general college and Enrollment Center information
Collect and date-stamp student forms
