The Part-Time Enrollment Center Office Assistant will assist with general clerical assignments, answer phone calls, and provide information to customers. They will also assist with special projects, mailings, and filing.

Requirements

  • Verify completeness of forms and accompanying materials
  • Compile information packets and distribute as requested
  • Greet visitors and students
  • Clarify and answer general questions
  • Make appointments for academic advisors
  • Assist students with starting the FAFSA
  • Distribute general college and Enrollment Center information
  • Collect and date-stamp student forms
