Role OverviewThe Youth Care Worker provides for the physical and emotional needs of adolescent residents in a group home setting. The goal is to work with the Group Home Team to ensure safety and appropriate supervision of residents.
What You Will Do
Supervise and monitor residents, enforce policies and rules, plan and supervise recreational activities, teach life skills, and perform record keeping.

Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- 0-3 yrs experience with teens in a social service setting (plus)
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Residency in Illinois
