Role OverviewThe Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for all patients and their families, supporting and interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accuracy of demographic, insurance, payment, and other vital patient information.
What You Will Do
Check patients in and/or out for medical visits, answer phone calls, assist with enrolling and utilizing MyChart, enter and update patient demographic, insurance, and financial information, and collect and process patient payments.

Requirements
- High School Equivalent / GED
- 1+ years Customer Service
- 1+ years Customer Service in healthcare (Preferred)
