Role OverviewThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing the organization's payroll processes using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing. This role involves handling sensitive employee data, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and taxations.
What You Will Do
Execute payroll processing using Paylocity, process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, verify timecards, earnings, and deductions, and ensure accurate data transfer from time-tracking to payroll systems.

Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or human resources or equivalent relevant experience
- Three years' experience in payroll and/or human resources or equivalent relevant experience
- Understanding of payroll law in Colorado in a 24 hour workforce environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel with HRIS experience
- 10 key by touch
