Role Overview

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing the organization's payroll processes using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing. This role involves handling sensitive employee data, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and taxations.

What You Will Do

Execute payroll processing using Paylocity, process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, verify timecards, earnings, and deductions, and ensure accurate data transfer from time-tracking to payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll law in Colorado, experience with multi-state payroll processing, and knowledge of employee benefits administration and payroll integration.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or human resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • Three years' experience in payroll and/or human resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • Understanding of payroll law in Colorado in a 24 hour workforce environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel with HRIS experience
  • 10 key by touch
