Role OverviewPlanned Companies is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Janitor and Custodian to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services. The successful candidate will ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in.
What You Will Do
Primary job responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, stripping and buffing floors, dusting, scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, emptying trash cans, and assisting building management with projects and other job duties.

Requirements
- Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets.
- Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
- Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
